Stop & smell the flowers

Flora--I 've branched out (pun intended) to photo flowers. I experiment with different settings & use my IPhone of many of these flowers.

Minding his own bees wax.  Front yard flowers.

The road to Gothic, CO featured many lupines.

Bright morning sun highlights a lone, blossoming corn lily.  My debut effort of photographing spring flowers in Crested Butte.  (June 2026).

I found that shooting in the calm morning was much better than in the breezy afternoons in Crested Butte.

Front yard flower garden took off this summer!

As you can see, no long hikes were needed to snag this shot just off the road to Gothic.  It's a short drive out of Mt. Crested Butte.  Photo captured June, 2026, my debut for flora photos.
